Positions in CSR:-

Duties & Responsibilites	Deliverables / Outcomes
Data Collection	Gather data from various sources, including primary, secondary, internal, and external sources. Compile relevant data for analysis.
Data Analysis	Use statistical tools and/or Microsoft Excel software to analyse and interpret collected data (including the use of macros in Microsoft Excel). Identify patterns and trends within the raw data. Create visualisations (such as dashboards, flowcharts, and graphs) to convey insights to non-technical audiences.
Database Maintenance	Maintain databases or data systems (SQL-based). Code and re-code data within databases to identify patterns. Identify opportunities for process improvement.

Education Background (Knowledge)	Currently pursuing bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics, actuarial science or any related fields
Skills	Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.) Proficient in SQL, Phyton, R Experienced with data extraction and management using SQL databases (e.g., MSSQL, Oracle, MySQL, etc.)
