Key Responsibilities

Duties & Responsibilities	Deliverables / Outcomes
Assist in Coordinating Project Implementation	Assist in coordinating the end-to-end implementation of projects in accordance with the approved scope, schedule, and milestones. Assist in ensuring all deliverables are prepared and delivered in accordance with the specified requirements and project timeline. Assist in coordinating the preparation of detailed work plans and progress reports to ensure effective monitoring of project implementation. Assist in identifying potential risks associated with project implementation and recommend appropriate mitigation measures.
Assist in Coordinating Project Implementation with the Ministry and other Relevant Stakeholders	Assist in coordinating engagement sessions with the Ministry and other relevant stakeholders. Assist in facilitating coordination and liaison between the Ministry and MPRC throughout the project implementation period. Assist in coordinating technical feedback from all relevant stakeholders. Assist in ensuring implementation issues are addressed proactively.
Assist in Monitoring the Progress of Project Milestones and Deliverables	Assist in monitoring the progress of the study implementation. Assist in monitoring milestone progress in line with the project schedule. Assist in the preparation of periodic project status reports for the Ministry.
Assist in Coordinating the Technical Committee and Steering Committee	Assist in coordinating the preparation of presentation materials. Assist in coordinating the preparation of meeting minutes. Assist in ensuring timely follow-up on decisions and action items arising from meetings.
Assist in Reviewing Study Reports	Assist in reviewing study reports to ensure accuracy and completeness. Assist in ensuring all deliverables meet the Ministry’s requirements.
Assist in Facilitating Knowledge Transfer	Assist in facilitating the knowledge transfer/share CCUS expertise with Ministry officers. Assist in supporting capacity building among Ministry officers in project management and CCUS industry development.

Preferred Knowledge and Skills

Education Background (Knowledge)	Possess at least bachelor’s degree in any relevant field Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in project management, studies, or research. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the planning and development of policies/initiatives/strategies related to CCUS, energy transition, or climate change Experience in managing stakeholder, especially Senior Level from the industry and government agencies
Skills	Strong project, study, and research management skills Proficient in report review and the preparation of briefing materials and meeting minutes Strong planning and development capabilities in policies, initiatives, strategies, and action plans related to energy transition and climate change Strong strategic planning and development skills in policies, initiatives, and action plans related to energy and climate change Strong interpersonal and intrapersonal skills with effective negotiation skills Strong analytical skills with the ability to resolve complex issues Proactive, independent, and results oriented Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Abilities	Ability to engage credibly and confidently with senior stakeholders across both the public and private sectors Ability to take ownership of and manage the full study delivery lifecycle from end to end Ability to work independently while keeping the reporting manager appropriately informed Sound judgement and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential matters
Other Requirements	Consulting experience will be an added advantage Ability and willingness to travel for meetings and workshops, as required Relevant years of working experience in programme management, vendor management, or stakeholder engagement
