  • OGSE Development Grant (DG) Intern

  • Key Responsibilities

     

    Duties & Responsibilites Deliverables / Outcomes
    Management & Operations of MPRC’s OGSE DG
    • Monitor and report all success metrics related to the KPI to relevant stakeholders and recommend corrective actions when required.
    • Prepare relevant correspondence/reports/presentations.
    • Establish new and maintain close working relationship with stakeholders at all operational levels to obtain alignment and shared direction.
    • Participate in internal and external meetings, task forces, and working groups.
    • Execute pre-evaluation tasks of OGSE DG (pre-screening et. al).
    Administrative Work
    • Assist in administrative tasks such as meeting arrangements, preparation of slides, project planning, workshop, and company events in compliance to the internal processes
    • Assist in updating and maintaining of the OGSE DG databased (i.e. master list, active list etc)
    • Documentation of reporting and procurement processes.
    Ad Hoc
    • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management or supervisors as needed.
    • Offer additional assistance to other MPRC initiatives when required.
  • Preferred Knowledge and Skills

     

    Education Background (Knowledge) Currently pursuing bachelor’s degree in business administration/management, technology management, project management, office management, international business or any related fields
    Skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.)
