  • Key Responsibilities

     

    Duties & Responsibilites Deliverables / Outcomes
    i-OGSE Portal Development
    • Assist the Project Manager in developing the i-OGSE portal, including content uploading and monitoring activities.
    • Support the Project Manager in maintaining the OGSE company recognition database, overseeing the application process, and uploading company profiles to the portal.
    Financial Strategies Programme
    • Contribute to the development of programme modules, including topics, identifying collaboration partners, and determining event formats.
    • Provide support in programme planning and execution, such as creating posters, managing invitations, hosting, and coordinating events.
    Administrative Work
    • Participate in data collection and research efforts related to OGSE companies’ financial data and profiles.
    • Assist with various administrative tasks, including arranging meetings, preparing presentation slides, project planning, workshops, and company events.
    • Provide support for procurement documentation processes.
    Ad Hoc
    • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management or supervisors as needed.
    • Offer additional assistance to other MPRC initiatives when required.
  • Preferred Knowledge and Skills

     

    Education Background (Knowledge) Currently pursuing bachelor’s degree in business administration/management, technology management, project management, office management, international business or any related fields
    Skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Sharepoint, etc.)
