She has led large-scale organisational transformation across major capital portfolios, delivering disciplined cost optimisation, operational performance improvement, and strengthened governance frameworks. Her leadership includes enterprise operating model redesign, cross-border expansion, portfolio restructuring, and development of scalable platforms enabling enterprise-wide technology adoption.
In the digital domain, she has driven enterprise data and artificial intelligence strategies, institutionalised governance and oversight structures, and enabled measurable value creation across complex organisations.
She serves on national and international technical and advisory committees and holds board roles in Malaysia and abroad. She brings strategic clarity, governance discipline, and extensive experience navigating complex, regulated, and capital-intensive environments.
